Terms of use

1. The service

YATB is a private, non-commercial project. It is free, currently only runs on selected servers and comes without any guarantee of availability. Features can change or end at any time.

2. Translations

Translations are made by machines and can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for important, legal, medical or financial matters.

3. Server admins

• You are responsible for the API keys you add, for the terms of their providers and for the costs. YATB's usage counting is an estimate - set spending limits at the provider.
• Inform your members that messages in linked channels are translated and may be sent to external services.
• Only use YATB in line with the law and the Discord terms - no spam, no abuse.

4. Liability

YATB is provided free of charge and as is. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows.

5. Donations

Donations (for example via Ko-fi) are voluntary and do not create any claim to features, support or availability.

6. Final provisions

German law applies.
